Sabzi Khordan, herb and cheese plate with bread, radishes, and walnuts
Mast-o musir, yogurt with shallots
Sambuseh, crispy phyllo triangles stuffed with chickpeas and potatoes, with nigella seeds and spicy relish
Gondy, aka “Persian matzo balls,” made from ground chicken and chickpea flour, in chicken broth with dried limes
Pumpkin cilantro latkes with torshi-e khorma, tamarind date chutney
Jigar, lamb liver kebab marinated in cumin and garlic
Gheymeh Nessar, Qazvin style lamb stew with pistachios and rose water
Adas polo, rice cooked with lentils and green raisins
Persimmon goat cheese cheesecake with pistachio crust
