Sabzi Khordan, herb and cheese plate with barbari bread. Traditionally eaten by tucking herbs, feta, radishes, and walnuts into the bread and folding it into a rustic sandwich.
Borani esfenaj, yogurt with spinach and herbs. A condiment meant to be eaten with rice, stew, kebab, and other foods.
Sambuseh, crispy phyllo triangles stuffed with cauliflower and walnuts, with nigella seeds and spicy tomato coriander sauce
Adas, lentil soup with dried lime and tomato
Khoresh-e Qarch, Chicken with mushrooms and tarragon
Mahi, fish with pomegranate and orange
Meygu kebab, shrimp kebab with paprika, saffron, and lime
Dopiyazeh, Isfahan style mashed potatoes with onions and cinnamon
Polo ba karafs, rice with celery, parsley, tomato, and lemon
Shami-ye mowz, sweet banana cardamom patties with rose water whipped cream
Bastani, saffron gelato topped with pistachios
Cocktail: sekanjabin, sweet and sour mint syrup with Prosecco
